To ensure that we provide the best possible service to patients that will maintain patient confidentiality at all times there are a number of ways that patients can order repeat prescriptions.
If you require a repeat prescription you can order it using the following:
- By registering for the NHS app
- By registering for access to SystmOnline - Online Services
- By emailing:
- By returning the slip on the right hand side of your prescription to surgery
- By mail with a stamped addressed envelope
We hope that this gives patients a range of options to enable them to order their repeat prescriptions.
Please note all prescription requests should be submitted to the practice before 1.00pm and it takes up to 48 hours to process your request.
The practice uses electronic repeat prescription services; this means your prescriptions can be sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy. To set these services, please contact your local pharmacy who will be able to provide you with more information.
Questions about your prescription
If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery on Option 1 to speak with the medication and Prescription Team.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
